CNBC – Constant Nonsense, Bullshit, and Crap

A registered Republican’s masterpiece to defeat CNBC, help the Democrats, and save America using Republican tactics

OK, I’ve had it

Posted by cnbcsucks on June 6, 2008

Michelle Caruso CabreraI can take a little bit of busty bimbo non-geologist Michelle Caruso Cabrera (left) calling a top on oil prices.  I can take the constant barrage of optimistic and irresponsible (“bury nuclear waste under the mountains”) bullshit from dumbfuck Dennis Kneale.  I can take the daily pleading for the noontime upside from cow-bodied and cow-brained Sue Herrera.  I can take greasy skinned (check her out when the make-up girl hasn’t powdered her up) pseudo-intellectual Erin Burnett taking on the inevitably-right Tom Malthus.  I can even take Larry ”Goldilocks” Kudlow and Jim “Say Goodbye to Your Savings” Cramer; at least they have the credibility of having made a ton of money before CNBC.  I can take the arrogant Euro bashing (Trichet will have the last laugh, bitch) and endless stock pimping.  But when you have Steve Liesman attributing today’s jobs report to a cyclical blip due to unemployed teenagers and Mark Haines questioning the oil supply-demand story when the data has been proving it for the last 4 years, it’s time to say, “I’ve had it” and start my own “CNBC sucks” blog.  It’s not the first “CNBC sucks” blog, but www.cnbc-sucks.com just wasn’t doing enough for me.

Mark my words on this:  $300-per-barrel oil (if we are lucky and it doesn’t hit $500), Dow of 5000 / 6000 through much of the the 2010s.  (Fuck you, Baby Boomers.)  And it’s gonna be mostly a US regression, not a global recession.  Europe and Asia will be relatively OK compared to us.  Eventually we will pay the piper (and the debt collector), pull out of our funk, be the great country that we are, and be as powerful and prosperous as ever, but we are going to have to address our problems (slavery to maintaining the illusion of American wealth called the Dow, a primitive and wasteful energy regime and infrastructure, consumption way beyond our means, miserable education levels, and a general lack of knowledge of and respect for the rest of the world) head-on and without the brainless, riskless, bury-your-head-in-the-sand, keep-trading-and-churning-the-Dow bullshit that is epitomized by CNBC.  Eat it.

Barney Frank just schooled Michelle on CNBC. It was beautiful.

Now Michelle just said the market isn’t failing, we just don’t believe in it, in response to calls for market regulation of the new financing games being played on wall street.

Gee, “cnbc sucks” really is a seer. Does he/she charge for his/her highly accurate market forecasts?

My outlook for the 2010s is different now that Obama is elected. Yeah, as Al Gore said, elections make a difference. Oil made it all the way up to $147, but it is down to under $50 now. Based on oil industry studies, I do remain very concerned about a return to $150 and beyond. As for stocks, I do not know anymore if the Dow will see 5,000. The stock market is very buoyant (lots of happy, drug-addled Boomers), and hopefully we will be able to avoid too harsh a recession with Barry in charge.

Now, if McCain had won, you might have been eating your own children in a few years.

WTF??? Do you honestly think OBAMA is going to make any difference?? Except give some out there false hope and complacency? Sheesh…

Michelle knows EXACTLY what she’s doing with that rack: posture straight, arms back, and real or not, she puts ‘em out there. None of these people knows much, becase, as in most industries, NOBODY KNOWS ANYTHING. It’s fun to see them argue, though, especially when Rick Santelli clearly wants to cold-cock Liesman if they were in the same room. And, whatever else Haines delivers, he’s got a great BS detector. When these market guys get on there refusing to answer a questions and just continue shilling their lines, Mark does call them on it. And almost all the CNBC babes serve their hot purpose, except Burnett, who is completely overrated in all departments. Got nothing on Bartiromo
