CNBC – Constant Nonsense, Bullshit, and Crap

A registered Republican’s masterpiece to defeat CNBC, help the Democrats, and save America using Republican tactics

About CNBC

It sucks ass way too often.  [UPDATE, October 19, 2008: Actually, CNBC sucks complete and total ass, all the time.  I cannot even have CNBC on with the audio off.  I tried.  CNBC values wealth, but not the work that brings it.  CNBC is the propaganda machine and infomercial channel for a bankrupt value system that will not be sustained, my friend, unless the end game is that our creditors - the Chinese, the Japanese, the Saudis, even the Russians - lose patience with our profligacy and faith in our ability to add genuine value to the world and pay back our debt, pull the rug out from under our feet, sell off their massive dollar holdings and stop buying our Treasuries, and unleash panic and chaos on our streets, even without a peak oil event.  The US stock market is junk, all that remains is a casino for day traders to buy and sell ETFs based on how they anticipate other speculators will PLAY the market.  This past week, the Dow Jones False Prophet Index could be found, oh, anywhere around 9000 give or take 800, and the VIX volatility index blew up like a geyser to 80.  And yet, the US stock market remains an overvalued vestige of its reflated bubble self, if you follow Shiller.  Unless my company were either desperate or confident of a rare favorable liquidity event in which I personally benefit, I would not want my company to be publicly traded.  I am American business, and I do not watch CNBC.  Save yourself and find some other way to get business and financial news.]

This site is a call for more objective financial journalism.  Your viewers can handle bad financial news.  We need it presented clearly and without spin.  And please stop propagandizing unimaginative, conscience-less capitalism as a virtue.  Thanks.

[UPDATE, September 12, 2008: Some dude gave me some props on the Yahoo Message Boards today (below).  It is not quite as impressive as Barry Ritholtz's gaudy, glowing reviews from BusinessWeek and The New York Times, but if you have not noticed on the right sidebar, I make up my own "speculative reviews" anyway, just like liar fucktard Larry Kudlow imagines 2 trillion barrels of oil in the USA.  Thanks, dude.  Speaking of Yahoo Message Boards, here is one thread on which my blog is also mentioned where people actually thought CNBC was too negative, and one of the respondents even registered Republican because he thought that the media including CNBC was too biased toward liberals!  HAHAHA!  Are you fucking kidding me?  CNBC is an infomercial channel for peddling stocks, chock full of right wingers such as Larry Kudlow, Dennis Kneale, Joe Kernen, and Michelle Caruso-Cabrera, also known as 80% of the contestants on the CNBC Annoyance Poll (right sidebar) to determine and properly recognize the biggest tool on CNBC.  Anyway, I hope all of you enjoy this blog.  NOW VOTE FOR BARACK OBAMA AND LET US REGULATE THAT POS CALLED CNBC.]

Yesterday I got really sick from an idiot (didn’t see his name) at CNBC, not just because of his crackhead but because he was repeating himself a hundred times that he knew the credit thing is “still much much worse in Europe” and that they and the euro would be really going down really soon. What is this for a bullshit, why are such idiots allowed a public for their mental problems?

I can’t believe that Charlie Gasparino isn’t in the poll of the most annoying CNBC contributors. The guy is the ultimate butt-hole on television. Followed closely by Kudlow and Michelle Caruso-Cabrera. If the extreme right wing sound-bite, think tank party bus were to stop short, these three would all suffer skull fractures

Gaspy did not reveal that extreme right wing side of him until after I constructed the poll! He was actually my hero for taking Dennis Kneale downtown with his Client #1 accusation. I have not watched CNBC for more than a few (usually muted) minutes at a time in weeks or even months, but I can see Gaspy really pissing the hell out of a lot of people.

I still call him an affectionate “Gaspy” for the Kneale takedown, but I know a lot of people think of him as “Gasbag”. Thanks for your comments and have a happy holiday season.
